Storm Team Wednesday evening forecast (07/01/2015)

MIDWAY, Fla. (WTXL) -- From the Storm Team Weather Center ...

Thunderstorms late today are fewer and number and weaker in strength.  Spotty occasional rain and thunder are possible, especially along and south of the Interstate 10 corridor in the Big Bend area.  An isolated, briefly strong storm can't be ruled out, but widespread and high-impact storminess should not happen again tonight.  Later tonight, clouds will break and lows will drop into the low to mid 70s.  Partly cloudy conditions are expected through Thursday afternoon as scattered showers and storms develop once again; they may be more numerous, but severe weather chances are still generally low.  Highs will be in the low to mid 90s.  A slight decrease in overall rain coverage will be present as the holiday weekend begins, with a chance for late-night or early-morning shower activity.  Temps will reach the mid 90s in the afternoons.
