Clouds will linger overnight with lows in the lower 70s. Thursday, a similar set-up will be in place, featuring scattered rain and thunder development induced by a few hours of heating, the seabreeze flow, and the remnants of a weakened front in the Deep South. Highs will reach the upper 80s and lower 90s. A second front may slip into the Southeast for the end of the week, generating a few more rainy areas, then tropical moisture connects with the region early next week to keep rain potential elevated.
