MIDWAY, Fla. (WTXL) -- From the Storm Team Weather Center ...
The pattern for the next several days indicates another round of mid- and upper-level high pressure suppressing rain action and increasing temperatures significantly above average, and possibly flirting with record highs for the end of the month and early in November. In the shorter-term, higher amounts of moisture along with a weak front in the Southeast will bring about scattered cloudiness tonight through Thursday, with only an isolated shower possible. Most areas will get through the day without any measurable rainfall. Lows tonight will be in the lower 60s, and highs rise to the low to mid 80s Thursday. Sunshine will increase with the approach of the upper ridge this weekend. That feature may force daytime temps to soar back into the upper 80s Saturday through next Tuesday, with mornings that will still cool down to the 50s. The next chance for a heat-breaking cold front doesn't arrive until later next week.
