MIDWAY, Fla. (WTXL) -- From the Storm Team Weather Center ...
Some layers of clouds persisted into the afternoon, reducing the amounts of sunshine but not necessarily reducing the amounts of warming. A few areas of clouds will linger into the night, but sufficient clearing should be experienced in most areas. Lows will drop toward the lower 60s, with a few inland locations reaching the upper 50s briefly. A cold front will approach the Southeastern U.S., but unlikely to drastically alter the current weather pattern. If anything, some areas will see an increase in sunshine, with rain chances staying near zero, with warm highs in the mid 80s. A clearer sky Friday morning will allow more lows in the 50s, but then a ripple of disturbed weather over the weekend can cause more cloudiness and a bit of a rain chance, primarily north of the state line, on Saturday through early Sunday.
