Storm Team Wednesday evening forecast (01/13/2016)

MIDWAY, Fla. (WTXL) -- From the Storm Team Weather Center ...

Some thin cloudiness is present, and may increase in general through the next 24 hours.  These will have only slight impacts on overnight temperatures, but just enough to allow most areas to avoid a lengthy light freeze.  Mid to lower 30s are still possible in areas with a clearer sky, and nearly calm air trends.  However, as winds shift Thursday, turning more east and southeast, clouds are forecast to thicken by late in the day.  We'll avoid rain, but highs will be milder in the middle 60s.  Friday morning, an overcast sky is expected as a Gulf disturbance enters the region with areas of showers, rain, and a limited chance for gusty thunderstorms.  The system will move swiftly to the northeast, and a slight clearing trend will occur into the beginning of the weekend.  Temperatures turn colder by Sunday with another potent cold front swinging into the area.
