MIDWAY, Fla. (WTXL) -- From the Storm Team Weather Center ...
The departing strong low-pressure system is still generating considerable wind this evening, which will only slightly subside. More areas of clear sky are expected with the influences of higher pressure and drier air contributing to the effort. The west and northwest flow will usher in the latest cold air snap for the region, so use jackets to stay comfortable Thursday morning. Lows will be in the low to mid 40s, but feels-like temps may dip into the 30s with the breezes in place. Generous amounts of sunshine will be encountered with only a few passing clouds. Highs will reach the low to mid 60s, below average. A series of cold fronts will swing through the region through the weekend with little fanfare, only patchy clouds and renewed dry and cool trends through Sunday.
