Another day of heavy rain across much of the area this afternoon, especially in western portions of the viewing area. Since heavy rainfall is in the forecast there is a still a threat for some flash flooding to occur this afternoon.
Partly sunny skies will dominate today with highs reaching the lower 90s. Storms will be more prevalent this afternoon and possibly last into the overnight hours once again.
Onshore flow tonight will keep the evening very warm and muggy with lows falling down into the mid 70s.
As the week goes on rain chances stay around 40% with highs gradually warming up.
