MIDWAY, Fl. (WTXL) -- Expect a repeat of the constant gloomy weather today, with cloud cover throughout the region all day long. An isolated shower can't be ruled out today, but the rain coverage will not be as prominent as it was on Monday. With abundant cloud cover, expect Tuesday highs to stay locked in the mid 50s, meaning that a light jacket will be needed all day long. Lows into Wednesday morning should cool off more, as the blanket of cloud cover finally dissipates. This means temperatures will be allowed to fall into the 40s.

Moving into Wednesday afternoon, sunshine is expected to return in more force, with highs jumping back to the mid and upper 60s. This will be a fairly typical day for Winter, which begins on Wednesday!

Thursday into Friday, a weak front will push through the southeast, briefly increasing rain coverage on THursday (<20%), then cooling us off a tad bit. Highs on Thursday will be in the lower 70s with Friday in the upper 60s.
