This morning will be another extremely muggy morning with temperatures already feeling like they're in the mid 80s in many areas. Temperatures will warm up into the mid 90s throughout the day with heat indices in between 100-104 degrees.
After about 2:00 pm we can start to expect some scattered showers and thunderstorms depending how much influence we get from a stationary front draped across our area and also from the sea breeze.
Storms will most likely be ending around 11:00 pm. There may be a lingering shower or two. Otherwise, temps fall into the mid 70s with mostly cloudy skies.
The heat and mugginess stick around all week.
