TALLAHASSEE (WTXL) - The dry trend persists for the rest of this week. Conditions like this won't provide any drought relief, considering that most of the area is still in a moderate drought. Besides that though, it will be quite a pleasant forecast. Temps will push back into the low and mid 80s this afternoon after beginning your Tuesday with some patchy fog in the upper 50s. Temps tonight remain rather comfortable, bottoming out in the mid to low 50s. A reinforcing cold front will move through and not provide any rainfall, but rather push temps back to near, if not below, seasonal averages. Highs midweek will only get near 80° and we'll quickly fall in the overnight hours to Thursday morning into the low to mid 40s. We'll slowly moderate heading into the weekend with cool overnight lows and highs that are very comfortable and seasonable around 80°.
