TALLAHASSEE (WTXL) - Sunny skies look like they're here to stay for a little while in the Big Bend and South Georgia. However, we're going to keep the chill around. Another dry cold front will bring in a reinforcement of cold air, so though we'll remain clear, we're also going to remain cool. Temps start off cool today in the upper 30s. With the sun, we'll get into the low 60s for highs, which is a few degrees below average for this time of year. Temps tonight plummet to the mid 30s with some breezes out of the northwest possible. This will cause the wind chill, or the feel-like temp, to fall into the upper 20s. So, expect a chilly start to your midweek. Highs only get into the upper 50s for highs. We'll be near freezing by Thursday morning as the high pressure system sets up shop in the southeast. However, that'll eliminate the winds at least. Temps approach 60° by Thursday afternoon. We'll reach the freezing mark Friday morning with highs still in the low 60s. Expect a mild weekend with temps approaching the mid 60s to low 70s for highs with cool starts in the mornings still in the 30s.
