TALLAHASSEE (WTXL) - Another dry, breezy day on hand.  Temps will still climb back into the low and mid 90s underneath our late August sunshine.  But, just as we saw on Monday, it'll be a very dry heat where heat index values will pretty much match our actual air temps.  Areas near the coast and to the east could see a brief, passing shower but most folks will stay dry again.  This isn't the best situation considering that we're falling behind in the rain bucket; about an entire foot below average for the summer months.  The deficit will continue as the rest of the work week looks mainly dry until Friday in which some rain chances return.  Until then, temps expected to be comfortable in the early AM hours down into the upper 60s and low 70s while afternoon highs will be warm but not unbearable in the low to mid 90s.  Friday, temps fall back to the lower 90s as we moderate the atmosphere with some on shore flow from the Gulf pumping up our moisture and giving us elevated afternoon and evening rain chances through Labor Day.
