TALLAHASSEE (WTXL) - On and off periods of wet weather are likely today, especially this morning as the center of a low pressure system over the Gulf advances northward into the local area. Despite the ample rain chances, temps still will get toasty towards the seasonal average of 90° courtesy of some late day sunshine coming back into the picture. As the low falls a part over south Georgia, conditions return drier tomorrow with just a few scattered PM storms to contend with. Temps will still be warm in the low 90s. Expect a very similar set up to end the work week with temps in the low 90s and a few afternoon and evening storms. A frontal system advances into the Deep South by Saturday causing more widespread storminess and temps will back off because of it, only getting into the mid 80s.
