MIDWAY, Fla. (WTXL) -- From the Storm Team Weather Center ...

The evening will feature a mix of clouds and late-day sunshine, and an isolated shower for only a few of us.  Clouds will decrease, leading to areas of clear sky overnight and near-average lows in the lower 70s just before sunrise Wednesday.  Moisture is gradually making a greater presence around midweek as the southwest wind continues to flow off the Gulf.  Shower and storm activity in the afternoon should remain widely scattered and shouldn’t exceed 30% of the area.  It’ll be warm once more, as highs reach 90° near the coast to the mid 90s in interior locations.  A cold front squeaks into the Southeast tomorrow, making its closest approach to us Thursday and helping to spread additional areas of rain and thunder around the region.  No tropical developments are forecast.
