MIDWAY, Fla. (WTXL) -- From the Storm Team Weather Center ...
The string of warmer-than-average days continues, but now with the presence of scattered clouds, morning fog, and even an isolated shower near the coast. This will lead into a more unsettled conclusion to the week as a series of upper disturbances rock the Southeast with bouts of rain and active thunderstorms. For the time being, we'll maintain a partly cloudy trend with some fog by sunrise and lows in the mid 50s. Highs will rise toward the upper 70s and around 80° for some with partial cloudiness. Clouds are likely to thicken later Thursday ahead of the first disturbance that will possible skim the region, bringing general showers and thunder through early Friday. A stronger low will approach, creating possible severe weather over the weekend. Details will be ironed out over the next few days to come.
