MIDWAY, Fla. (WTXL) -- From the Storm Team Weather Center ...
The weather features in place will keep a stable, uneventful situation over the area through the next 24 hours. Limited cloudiness has aided in a big jump in daytime temperatures compared to first thing this morning, with an increase as much as 30 degrees or more between low and high. We still have a chance for decent cooling, as winds will remain light and the air still quite dry, so lows in the lower 50s are highly likely, except for the immediate coast. Another warm day is expected Wednesday as highs reach the low to mid 80s. With slightly more moisture available, patches of clouds are possible during the day. An extended warm streak is forecast through early next week, with only some interruption caused by a late-week cold front that will skim the region with scattered showers and some thunder, especially on Friday.
