MIDWAY, Fla. (WTXL) -- From the Storm Team Weather Center ...
The evening thunderstorm pattern is heavily subdued. Any activity later should be confined to the southeastern Big Bend and a few parts of the Interstate 75 corridor in north Florida. Afterwards, it will be mostly clear and mild with lows in the low to mid 70s. Winds will be light and variable, and there may be enough leftover moisture to produce patchy fog. Midweek weather will also feature widely scattered showers and storms, mainly dependent on the afternoon seabreeze and the magnitude of warming we receive. Highs will range from near 90° at the coast to mid 90s inland. Higher air pressure will lead to even fewer showers and storms, and higher opportunities for hotter afternoon readings right through the weekend.
