Two areas of high pressure are set to have control of the local weather pattern for the rest of this week, keeping a steady trend of mainly clear sky and seasonable temperatures in place for a while. Mornings will still be cool, with mid 40s tonight and patchy cloud cover, especially north of the state line. Limited cloudiness is expected Wednesday afternoon with highs rebounding into the mid 60s to low 70s. The following afternoons will have a slight warming trend, with 70s likely by Friday. Morning lows will dip to around 40° but will also climb back toward 50° by the weekend. Rain chances hold off until early next week.
