MIDWAY, Fla. (WTXL) -- From the Storm Team Weather Center ...
The clearing trend indeed took its time in some areas today, but we have seen the cloud deck erode, and lead many areas into full sunshine late today. If clouds are still lingering where you are, just give it some time for the clearing to continue. By late tonight, most locations should be void of excess clouds as dry air works through the local atmosphere. Light to calm conditions may lead to patchy fog around sunrise, when temps will be near lows around 50°. The air will warm rapidly through the rest of the morning with hardly any return of cloud cover. Highs will reach the upper 70s to low 80s. Thursday morning won't be quite as cool, and the afternoon will be warm just ahead of the region's next cold front. It will produce what's likely to be the coolest air of the season by the weekend with a resumption of abundant sunshine.
