Storm Team Tuesday evening forecast (06/03/2014)

MIDWAY, Fla. (WTXL) -- From the Storm Team Weather Center ...

Pesky cloudiness has blocked the sunshine from time to time today, but the cloud cover will gradually and partially break this evening and late tonight with slightly drier air coming into the region.  The decrease in moisture and the slow clearing will allow overnight temps to fall below average in many cases, so mid to upper 60s will be reasonable for lows tonight.  We’ll be hard pressed to get pop-up showers and storms to form Wednesday afternoon as the dryness and the high pressure take hold over the area; a couple of isolated showers are possible in the late-day hours, but it should not turn into a widespread issue.  Highs will bump higher with more sun, into the low and middle 90s.  A couple more hotter days are forecast before pop-up storms return to the outlook Friday, some of which may be locally strong.
