MIDWAY, Fla. (WTXL) -- From the Storm Team Weather Center ...
High pressure in the region will maintain a clear sky through tonight and most of Wednesday. Lighter winds and the dry air mass will allow for additional cooling, with overnight lows reaching the mid to upper 50s. Winds will shift Wednesday and become east and southeasterly, which will begin to advance the flow moisture into the area. Only a few more clouds should be the result for Wednesday. Highs will be quite warm to hot, in the upper 80s to around 90°. A vibrant upper disturbance will enter the Arklatex region and move toward the Deep South, arriving Thursday with a line of showers and thunderstorms that can be heavy at times. The vigorous low will promote unseasonable cooling for the end of the week with a return of bountiful sunshine.
