MIDWAY, Fla. (WTXL) -- From the Storm Team Weather Center ...
Rain totals for most of the region have been light, but just enough showers have been passing through to keep the grounds damp. A few more rounds of brief, mostly light, rain will occur through the evening and early morning hours, with continued cloudiness and excessive moisture. These features will keep morning lows in the upper 60s to around 70°. Winds will shift to the south and southwest through tomorrow as the current central Gulf disturbance advances toward the Ohio Valley ahead of the next cold front. Partial clearing is projected for Wednesday afternoon. There may be enough sun to raise high temps back into the 80s. A surge of drier air will promote fuller amounts of sun for the rest of the week. Mornings will fall closer to average near 60°, but daytime readings will rebound to above-average levels in the mid 80s.
