MIDWAY, Fla. (WTXL) -- From the Storm Team Weather Center ...
Areas of fog are likely to develop overnight with light winds and an otherwise clear start to the night. Lows will reach the upper 50s. West and northwest winds ahead of a cold front in the mid-South region will support a rapid warm-up for the area. Highs in the mid 80s will be common, with some cases of upper 80s possible Wednesday afternoon. Dying showers and thunderstorms from the northern cold front may be able to enter the region, sparking off a few scattered thunderstorms especially in southern Georgia by the afternoon. Other areas of rain development will remain isolated. The cold front will change the wind flow for Thursday, pulling high temperatures back into the 70s with occasional cloud cover.
