MIDWAY, Fla. (WTXL) -- From the Storm Team Weather Center ...
The changes in the local weather pattern are small and subtle, but they make the difference between some areas getting more rain or more sun. Winds tonight through Wednesday will still be mainly light (outside of any thunderstorms) and shifting from east to south. This will support abundant moisture entering and remaining in the region, and helping to trigger periods of showers, rain, and thunder. Lows tonight will fall into the low to mid 70s with areas of lingering cloudiness, and highs Wednesday range from the low 80s to the upper 80s, depending on amounts of sunshine received. Scattered showers and storms will persist through Thursday, with a slight pick-up in coverage Friday as a low-pressure trough enters the Southeast and clashes with the available moisture.
