TALLAHASSEE (WTXL) -- An upper level low pressure system along the Atlantic coast will keep conditions muggy with more rain coverage for today at 60%. Highs are expected to reach the lower to mid 90s. An unsettled pattern will continue to dominate the rest of the week so rain coverage from Wednesday through Friday will range from 60%-70%. Since more rain and cloud cover is expected highs will reach the upper 80s and lower 90s, however when the humidity is factored in it will still feel hot with heat indices in the 100-105 range. Sea breeze circulations and intense surface heating will also contribute to this active weather pattern. By Saturday and Sunday rain coverage will begin to decrease slightly which will allow temperatures to rise again to the mid 90s.
