TALLAHASSEE (WTXL) - Another cool start, but a few upper-level clouds aren't allowing us to get to the freezing mark. So we'll call it the mid 30s this morning with mid 60s expected this afternoon. Clouds will increase throughout the day indicating our next storm system is advancing towards the region. A few showers and storms will move in overnight and Friday looks quite soggy, especially earlier in the day. Temps will be mild still in the mid to upper 60s tomorrow. Low 70s are expected Saturday and it'll be quiet. A few scattered showers are possible Sunday, though it'll be cooler as winds shift from the north. Temps stay in the 50s all day. Martin Luther King Jr. Day will be cool and quiet with temps in the 30s in the morning and only in the mid 50s in the afternoon. Freezing conditions return Tuesday morning as high pressure builds in. Upper 50s by the afternoon. Midweek looks milder with highs in the mid 60s.
