Storm Team Thursday morning forecast (09/12/2013)

High pressure over the southeast will start to break down this afternoon, allowing rain chances to increase to around 20%. Sunny skies this morning will give way to partly cloudy skies during the afternoon hours. Highs around the area today will be in the low 90’s, with overnight lows falling to right around 70. A cold front approaches the region tomorrow and stalls out just to our south, keeping rain chances right around 30-40% for the weekend. After the cold front passes, we’ll decrease highs to the high 80’s for the beginning of next week. Some moisture will stick around for the work week, however, keeping rain chances near 30%.
