MIDWAY, Fla. (WTXL) -- Thursday will likely be hotter than previous days as the rain coverage looks to diminish. It will likely do so as the nearby frontal boundary pushes away and weakens. Low pressure to the northeast will guide winds from the northeast and those drier winds will allow for more sunshine and at the same time, likely keep the sea breeze from pushing as deep inland as it has done so for the past few days. Thursday's forecast highs will be around 90 degrees to even above 90 degrees in spots. Coastal communities will feature highs in the mid to upper 80s. Rain coverage across the region is around 40%, though the coverage will likely be less for areas to the north. Overnight lows into Friday morning are forecast to be around the upper 60s to lower 70s. Coastal communities will likely see temps in the mid 70s. Rain coverage through the weekend looks to be around 30% with daytime highs each day at least at 90 degrees.
