Another rain day here in north Florida and south Georgia as we continue the unsettled weather pattern. A stalled out cold front will keep onshore "juicy" flow out of tropics over the next few days which will keep rain chances and cloud cover very high.
This afternoon highs will be right near 90 degrees. Some areas that don't see as much sunshine or see showers earlier in the day will only heat up into the upper 80s. Mostly cloudy skies will dominate the forecast today with a 60% chance for scattered showers and storms throughout the day. The biggest concern for today will be localized flooding since some of these storms will be associated with heavy downpours and will also be slow moving.
Tonight will be sticky and warm with lows in the lower to mid 70s. A few showers are possible as well.
The rain will stick around all weekend. By Sunday, some areas may see up to 5.00" of rain.
