MIDWAY, Fl. (WTXL) -- A cold front will push east of most of the area tonight, allowing for the first Fall cool down of the season. But before that, showers are still possible. Until the front pushes through, it will help pull in winds from the southwest, which can provide for isolated showers and storms, similar to what we are seeing along coastal areas before Sunrise this morning. Daytime highs can still reach the upper 80s to near 90 degrees as there will be plentiful warmth. Rain coverage is expected to be around 30%. Lows into Friday morning will drop to the lower 60s and even a few spots inland can possibly see the upper 50s. Winds from the northwest will support this cooler and drier pattern.
Friday and Saturday are forecast to be mainly clear with lows in the upper 50s to lower 60s, and highs rebounding to he mid and upper 80s (big difference is the dry and comfortable feeling outside).
Sunday onward, more warmth and moisture returns ahead of our next system.
