TALLAHASSEE (WTXL) - The heatwave continues! After some more patchy fog this morning, the sun will really heat things up and we're talking about another hot one with most inland spots getting into the low 90s. Coastal communities can expect possibly one or two isolated showers along a sea breeze which will also aid in temps being a little more bearable, though still warm in the low to mid 80s. More patchy fog expected tonight with temps bottoming out only in the mid 60s. This trend is expected to continue through the weekend all courtesy of a high pressure system dominating our region and keeping the weather tranquil, albeit hot. By next week, another vigorous fall cold front advances into the Gulf States from the west and brings in elevated rain chances on Tuesday before drying off and cooling down midweek.
