Conditions will remain warm and muggy today with highs reaching the low 90's and heat indices nearing 100. A light sea breeze will keep rain chances around 30% in the afternoon hours, with storms favoring the coastal areas. High pressure dips south Friday, setting up a drier pattern and cooling highs slightly to around 90 over the weekend. Rain chances will stay low at around 20% through Monday.
