Storm Team Thursday morning forecast (2/14/2013)

Posted

Happy Valentine’s Day! We see more clouds than anything else today but gradual clearing is happening as you read this. The cold front from yesterday is certainly living up to its name with morning lows in the 40s and afternoon highs that will struggle to get near 60°. Tonight, skies will clear quick allowing temperatures to fall into the mid 30s Friday morning. High pressure will briefly take control Friday afternoon leading to plenty of sun and highs in the 60s. An arctic cold front will race south Friday night knocking weekend highs into the mid 50s but it’ll be plenty sunny. Lows Sunday and Monday morning will be the lowest we’ve felt in a while with many reaching the upper 20s. The big time cold is short lived, we’ll be back in the 60s Monday with another chance at storms Tuesday.

Be safe and have a great Thursday!
