Storm Team Thursday Morning Forecast (11/21/13)

Posted

The chance for showers will stay with us through Saturday due to high pressure continuing to build in New England and a stationary front just to the south of us. This is causing some low level clouds and moisture around the big bend region. We will continue to have above average temperatures for the next three days. Today will be partly sunny with a high of 74 and a 20% chance for showers. Temps will rise to 77 for Friday and Saturday, with the same sky conditions. Our next cold front moves through on Saturday, which could bring us a few showers in the evening. The cool down begins on Sunday. We will clear to mostly sunny skies and have a chilly high temp of 63. Monday looks mostly sunny with highs in the mid 60’s. A cut off low will develop in the WesternGulfCoast and bring us some heavy showers here on Tuesday and Wednesday; we could also see some thunderstorms, highs will be in the mid to upper 60’s.

Happy Thursday!
