TALLAHASSEE (WTXL) -- A weak cold front will be passing through the region today, creating more cloud cover and the slight chance for an isolated shower. Highs will be above average in the lower 70s, upper 60s in places that receive more cloud cover. The ridge behind this front will stay well to the north, moving eastward creating southerly wind flow locally which will bring in warmer air. For the holiday weekend expect well above average afternoons with highs in the upper 70s with mostly sunny to partly cloudy skies.
