MIDWAY, Fl. (WTXL) -- After a cold front pushes east of the Big Bend and South Georgia, cool winds from the north will help to drop our temperatures to seasonal levels. This cool and crisp pattern will stay with us through the weekend, with general warmth anticipated next week.
To start, the cold front is here. With it, there will be some morning rain. The morning rain will end before sunrise, but there may be some light rain later today. The coverage of that will be minimal, at less than 20%. Expect temperatures to be in the 60s all day long. Cloud cover will dominate through the morning and early afternoon, preventing temperatures from rising by much.
Your Beach and Boating forecast is a bit active today, with Small Craft Advisories in effect.
Tide Times for this Thursday are below:
Moving into Friday morning, the cool and dry winds will likely drop our temps to the 40s, with afternoon highs forecast to rise to the upper 60s to lower 70s. Sunny skies will dominate, with the exception of passing cirrus clouds high in the sky.
