TALLAHASSEE (WTXL) - A much quieter weather day ahead compared to what we saw yesterday. We have some leftover fog & mist to contend with on your morning commute, but not half bad. Temps will be cool all day long with winds turning out of the northwest gusting up to 20 mph later today. Therefore, temps will only be in the mid to upper 50s with some breaks in the clouds expected. High pressure begins to build in overnight and that will allow the winds to slowly ease up and temps to drop steadily into the mid and upper 30s. So we go from the rainfall to some light frost for our rural communities within a 24 hour time span! Heading into Friday afternoon, it'll be cool but it'll be much sunnier. Temps will be in the low 60s for highs. Overnight into the beginning of the weekend, we'll still be below average in the low 40s. Mid 60s expected by Saturday afternoon, and temps only going up from there heading into the end of the weekend and beyond. Highs climb to the upper 60s for Sunday and by Monday mid 70s are in store. Upper 70s for midweek with a few sparse showers possible, but nothing widespread expected. Spring-like air sticking with us for most of next work week.
