MIDWAY, Fla. (WTXL) -- From the Storm Team Weather Center ...

Full sunshine has warmed regional temperatures into the 70s and near 80°, and this warmer spell will continue for the next few days.  The only differences expected are a few more scattered clouds and a gradual increase in moisture with continued southerly winds.  However, with high pressure staying nearby, there’s not going to be any major threat for rain or thunderstorms through the weekend.  Lows tonight will fall to around average, in the upper 40s to lower 50s.  Friday’s highs rise back to around 80° away from the coast.  The weekend will feature partial cloudiness and ongoing warmth.  A cold front and connected low pressure will increase rain chances by Monday, likely peaking on Tuesday.
