MIDWAY, Fla. (WTXL) -- From the Storm Team Weather Center ...
Areas of clear sky will remain through the evening with limited upper-level clouds. Evening temps will fall into the 60s, and 50s are generally expected for lows. Clouds will start to increase across south Georgia by sunrise ahead of a complex of weakening showers and thunderstorms. This will help spread more clouds around the area through the morning and afternoon, with chances for a few scattered showers and thunder, especially in south Georgia. Highs will still manage to reach the upper 70s to lower 80s. Slight cooling and partial clearing are projected for the beginning of the weekend, then a more-potent cold front will bring another round of showers into the region, along with a sustained cooler trend for most of next week.
