Breaks of sun amid scattered clouds will be the rule for Friday as a weak cold front approaches. A couple of showers are possible, but overall coverage will be limited. Highs will reach the mid 70s, with cooler highs in areas with broader cloudiness and warmer in the southeast Big Bend. The front will trigger a brief cool-down for Saturday with patchy cloudiness. Warmer conditions return by Sunday.
