MIDWAY, Fla. (WTXL) -- From the Storm Team Weather Center ...
A clearer and drier window of time is upon us, but that window will quickly close as the weekend approaches. Tonight, a void of clouds and moisture will lend support to a seasonably cold start to Friday, as lows fall into the upper 30s to lower 40s. Signs of a rapid change will be seen in the form of clouds mixing in with afternoon sunshine and highs rising to the upper side of the 60s, perhaps closer to 70° for some areas near the Suwannee River. The wind shift will promote a much warmer Saturday morning and afternoon with building clouds, and rain chances returning to the picture Sunday. A slow-moving front early next week may extend the chances for showers for a few days with some hints of a cooler trend returning.
