MIDWAY, Fl. (WTXL) -- The high pressure we've be talking about all week is set to weaken as we close in on Friday afternoon. This means the drier air and easterly winds we've had will be replaced by a more southerly wind with an increase in humidity. As our humidity rises, cloudier skies and the possibility of rain will return. As far as temperatures are concerned, they'll stay near 93 degrees for the weekend, but thanks to the more humid air, it may feel a little stickier.

Tonight and tomorrow night, just like the last few nights, we'll see clear skies and have lows falling to the upper 60s. Friday is shaping up to be similar to what we've already seen as well...sunny skies with a few clouds, light winds, and highs in the mid 90s. As mentioned before, we'll begin to see a southerly wind return in the afternoon hours. This will begin bringing in some moist air, but should not be enough to cause more than a hit or miss shower, if that.

As for the weekend, we'll have partly cloudy skies, with a 20 percent chance of rain, mainly in the afternoon hours. Overnight lows will drop to the lower 70s, while the highs warm to the lower 90s. Overall, this weekend will feel like a typical summer weekend
