MIDWAY, Fla. (WTXL) -- From the Storm Team Weather Center ...

The latest high pressure systems will stretch the clear sky into the night as temperatures fall back into the 40s.  Sunshine will be the predominant feature for Friday with minimal clouds in a few cases and abnormally warm highs reaching the lower 80s.  The building heat is temporary, as a potent cold front slides through the area on Saturday.  Moisture won't increase heavily, so rain chances are nil.  We may have occasional clouds with the frontal passage, then winds will increase from the north and temperatures for the remainder of the weekend will fall below average with lows Sunday in the 30s north and near 40° south.  Sunday afternoon will be sunny but blustery, with highs only in the 60s.  Monday morning may be frosty for some areas before temperatures gradually modify through most of next week.
