MIDWAY, Fla. (WTXL) -- From the Storm Team Weather Center ...
Scattered upper clouds have not held off the cooling trend that's been in place over the region this week. Fewer clouds overnight will support another round of chilly temperatures, early-morning frost, and possible light-freeze conditions away from the coast and urban areas. Lows will reach the upper 20s in the interior eastern Big Bend to lower 30s elsewhere, with slightly higher lows at the beaches. Friday will be primarily sunny with occasional passing thin clouds as highs rebound to the lower 60s. We'll start the weekend mornings with cold readings and a mostly clear sky, but afternoons are likely to experience additional warming toward highs in the low 70s. A slight chance for a few showers arrives Tuesday as a disturbance enters the Tennessee Valley.
