MIDWAY, Fla. (WTXL) -- From the Storm Team Weather Center ...
Scattered rain and storms will continue along and north of the state line through this evening, re-positioning a focus on the I-75 corridor late tonight, before dying down early in the morning. Isolated cases of strong storms with heavy rain are possible. Overnight cloudiness will remain with lows around 70°. A stronger cold front will approach from the west, generating additional areas of rain and some enhanced storminess at times. A few storms may reach severe levels, producing gusty winds. Highs will peak in the 80s. Clouds will stick around to some extent through Saturday, with a lowering in overall shower coverage. Drier air will quicken the clearing trend late Saturday through Sunday, as temperatures are forecast to be seasonably warm with lower humidity values.
