MIDWAY, Fla. (WTXL) -- From the Storm Team Weather Center ...

A few isolated showers have formed on the seabreeze boundary drifting north from the coastal zones.  There isn't much other support for active storms around the area, with only a few exceptions near the Apalachicola River through the early parts of the evening.  Otherwise, breaks in the clouds will lead to a clearer sky late tonight with overnight lows in the mid 70s.  Another scorcher will be underway tomorrow with ample sun, patchy clouds by afternoon, and stray showers and storms.  Highs will be in the mid to upper 90s away from the coast.  Upper-level high pressure will keep a heavy influence on the weather pattern through the weekend, with limited rain and storm development in the late-day along with a continuation of above-average temperatures, getting close to 100° on some occasions.
