MIDWAY, Fla. (WTXL) -- From the Storm Team Weather Center ...
A few high-level clouds are filtering out the sunshine late today, but not much rain is being produced. We are still dealing with the fine details going along with a slow-moving to stationary front that will still cast a few extra clouds upon the region. Add to the mix a source of moisture from low pressure off the Atlantic coast attached to the front, and an upper disturbance scooting in aloft from the west. All of these features will prevent the sky from being perfectly clear, and keep temps from reaching chilly levels. Lows will hover around 70°, then, with on-and-off sunshine, Friday's highs will approach the upper 80s to around 90°. A few showers or a thunderstorm will be possible, especially eastern areas. Saturday will feature scattered cloudiness and an ongoing chance for passing showers, but temps will be close to seasonal averages.
