TALLAHASSEE, FL. (WTXL) -- Although partly to mostly cloudy skies persisted through much of the region, daytime highs were much warmer than Saturday's. The warmer weather can be attributed to the southeast winds. The warmer than average weather will continue for much of the next work week.
Tonight, cloudy conditions remain on hand with the possibility of seeing patchy fog after midnight. Overnight lows will be much warmer than what we've felt the last few nights. Expect lows to fall to the mid 50s with the east to southeast winds continuing.
We'll start the work week off with patchy fog, as well as a 20 percent chance of seeing a light shower in the morning hours. Skies will remain partly cloudy with light southwest winds. The southerly wind flow means daytime highs will be even warmer...in the mid 70s for much of the region. Monday night will stay unseasonably warm with overnight lows in the lower 60s under cloudy skies.
Rain chances will remain in the forecast through Wednesday. At this time, Tuesday evening through Wednesday afternoon have the highest chance of rain, with the possibility of picking up a thunderstorm or two.
