Storm Team Sunday evening forecast (07/14/2013)

Some showers and storms are starting to pop up on Titan radar and we are expecting more to appear later on this afternoon and into the evening. Some of the thunderstorms will contain very heavy rainfall so there is the potential for flash flooding especially this afternoon...especially west of the Apalachicola river.

Storms will start to end around 9pm but could continue to linger throughout the night. Otherwise you can expect and mostly cloudy, muggy evening with overnight lows in the lower 70s.

Tomorrow will be the last day with above average rain chances...there's about a 50% chance for showers and storms in the afternoon. Highs will reach right around 90 degrees under partly sunny skies.

Starting Tuesday we will dry out a little bit more and be back under a "normal" summer time pattern with more sunshine and sea-breeze thunderstorms in the afternoons.

The best beach/pool days for the week will be Wednesday and Thursday if you have been waiting for a god day. Enjoy!
