MIDWAY, Fla. (WTXL) -- Clear and relatively quiet conditions are expected to persist through Monday and Tuesday as high pressure limits any rain possibilities. This high pressure system will push east into the Atlantic, guiding in moisture and warmth from the east.
Lows into Monday morning will be warmer across the region, ranging in the lower to mid 50s, and upper 50s along the coast. East winds from the Atlantic, along with clear skies will help warm up the region to highs for around 80 degrees. Tuesday will feature more warmth with lows in the upper 50s near 60 degrees, and highs above 80 degrees.
Rain is not expected until later Wednesday as a cold front is expected to arrive, with coverage at around 40% Wednesday and Thursday. The number of strong storms so far out is questionable. But the majority of the strong to severe storms will likely range to the north. Still, some isolated strong storms appear possible.
